Corey came out and diagnosed the issue and gave options. We agreed on the best solution and then he had to come back out as the part wasn't in stock. Completed the job on his second visit to our complete satisfaction. Found ourselves a lifetime HVAC company.

Jessy and Carlos came today and fixed a leak in our AC unit. They worked hard for several hours, cleaned up, and were very efficient.

Bryan was dispatched to my home after my AC went out. Before he arrived I received a text with his name, picture and bio. He was very helpful in showing and explaining the issue with my ac unit. He and Kevin worked well together to give me clear costs and timeline for repair vs. installation of a new unit. They were both kind, professional, informative and helpful.

I had an excellent experience with RKM Heating and Air Conditioning, especially working with Anthony Lopez (also with Amy who helped me to schedule). Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly from start to finish. He took the time to explain the issue, clearly went over my options, and made sure everything was taken care of properly.

I really appreciated the honest communication, quality of work, and attention to detail. It's refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is satisfied.

I would definitely recommend RKM Heating and Air Conditioning and Anthony Lopez to anyone looking for reliable, professional HVAC service. Excellent service all around!
