Our air conditioner suddenly quit blower cool air on a hot summer day. Super stressful to find a trustworthy repair shop! I was so blessed to come across RKM Heating and Air. I made the call, everyone I spoke to in the office was very knowledgeable (Taylor/Joanna) they explained everything in great detail with all options and complimented the whole team. They were able to send out a technician the same day. Within a short period of time I received a pre call from Miranda informing me the technician that will be arriving soon. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to speak with and all the girls had wonderful attitudes, I am impressed! When the technician Emmanuel Nieves arrived, he also was amazing, just as the team had promised he would be, again I was impressed. He had great knowledge and a wonderful attitude just as the rest of the team did!! He explained everything to me with great detail and I felt very comfortable with him working on the equipment! He has great knowledge and knew exactly what to do and how to fix the problem! I appreciate all his explanation on what he was doing to get the air conditioner up running again and the level of his knowledge to the repair as well as his great work ethics!! Amazing job Emmanuel, keep up the good work!! It's not very often you come across a great team with amazing work ethics as well as amazing attitudes! I will say this company has it! Gustavo and Miguel installed my new Daikin 7 Heat pump Purchased through RKM. World class installation in my opinion! They took their time and went above and beyond my expectations! I thought they were just changing my system but see the attached photos of what they did with my stand etc! Great job, worth every penny and would highly recommend RKM heating and Air!

Jay was very informative and thorough. He explained everything so I understand what is happening to my AC. The suggestions he made were very reasonable. Recommend working with Jay and RKM.

They scheduled me a estimate for the next day. James came out, saw what I wanted to have replaced & knocked it out that same day. Everyone was very honest & courteous. Nobody tried to sell me something I didnt want. James did a fine job & the price was fair. I couldn't be happier. Definitely will call them again for any further hvac work I need done.
We used RKM Heating & Air Conditioning last year for our a/c repair. They told us then we would need to replace our 24 year old a/c in about a year, and they were right. Because of their professionalism and honesty, we called them again. From the call to their office help to their technicians, RKM is unmatched.
Zach was helpful in coming out and giving us a bid. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything. After checking a few places, we found that Zach gave a very fair price for our job. The next day, they sent out their technicians, Jesus and Jason. WOW! They were just as amazing! Again, they explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of our property and worked diligently in 101° weather to get the job done. Once
