We have been using RKM for several years and always have very honest, reasonable and efficient service. Our AC wasn't working a couple weeks ago and Peter came out and diagnosed a freon leak, which, unfortunately, was not repairable. He was able to give me a quote within moments and set up the appointment for later in the week. On Friday, Adrian and Paul came to install our new unit and did a great job explaining everything and worked very efficiently. Finally, Matthew was out just yesterday for a dryer vent cleaning (we had never had it done). All technicians that we've had are very friendly, personable, informative and very professional. I especially like the email quotes, invoices and receipts, as they attach pictures of the whole process. Overall, this company is very honest, efficient and professional. I will not use anyone else.

Had a system failure in the middle of summer. The tenant was quite elderly and sensitive to the heat. RKM was able to make a complete system install (replacing the old original system) in one day. The system works very well and I could not be more pleased. They were also the lowest bid for the work.

Matthew and Rudy from RKM arrived at my home promptly. They were courteous and professional. They identified issues and provided information so that I could make an informed decision about how to resolve these issues in a cost-effective manner. They did not talk down to me or pressure me. They did a great job cleaning out my dryer vent and giving my air conditioning unit a long overdue tune-up. I joined their Comfort Club, and received a good discount from it. You can't live in Southern California without air conditioning so I am happy to have found these guys and have them on my side! I would highly recommended them!

RKM does the air conditioning and heating repairs and unit replacements at the apartment community that I manage. I am pleased to say, they are the only company that I call and have done so since they first started their company. From the very beginning they have been reliable, honest and trustworthy.
Technician Peter was great. Very polite and knowledgeable as well. He checked out the problem, explained what needed to be done, and immediately what needed to be fixed, was solved. Overall great experience FIVE STARS!
My wife and I had trouble with consistent heat and air in the house, we asked HKM to come look at the ductwork. Anthony came and inspected the ducts and then inspected our furnace, and air conditioner. Our house was built in 1987 and it was all original equipment. Anthony found several issues with the furnace including an issue with the gas line, also the rods above the gas burners had deteriorated and we're creating hot spots inside the furnace. He took the time to inspect below the furnace as well. He carefully explained to us the problems and possible solutions.
We ended up replacing both the furnace and AC, with Maytag appliances recommended by HKM. The installation was completed in one day! This included wrapping the ducts, changing all of the registers to high flow registers, and lining the interior of the intake cabinet so that its air tight. Anthony and the crew did an excellent job with the install. His attention to detail and professionalism made the job go very smoothly. The Emerson wifi thermostat also gives you remote access using the Sensi app.
I would highly recommend RKM for all HVAC needs.
